No. UTILIA OS generates the entries under the Spanish General Accounting Plan and calculates the tax forms; your accountant keeps reviewing and filing them, but receives the numbers already reconciled.
The advantage is not having many modules but that they all share the same data: the client you add once appears in the quote, the invoice, the accounting and the project. You can start with a single part and add the rest when you need it.

No. Each plan includes a number of users (3, 5 and 10) and an extra user costs 12, 15 and 19 euros a month depending on the plan. The price is per company.

Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage: assistant, transcriptions, reading receipts and delivery notes. If it runs out you can top it up. Never charged by surprise.
Yes. At opening, every new company gets 14 days free with no card.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading applies when the period you already paid ends; nothing is deleted, but the modules the new plan does not include stay closed until you subscribe to them again.
Yes. Every clock-in is sealed and can't be modified, overtime is calculated under article 35 of the Workers' Statute, and you can export the report in four formats. Records are kept for four years, as the law requires.
