Which terms apply

The use of UTILIA OS is governed by the official Terms of Use (Términos de uso) published by UTILIA SERVICIOS IA S. COOP. CAN. at os.utilia.ai/legal/terms. They are versioned, each version shows the date it takes effect, and they are available in Spanish only. The Spanish text is the binding one.

Waitlist price

This condition is part of the Terms of Use in force from Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Canary Islands time, the moment sign-up opens. It applies to people who joined the UTILIA OS waitlist at os.utilia.ai before then.

• The organization you register with the same email you joined with pays its plan month to month at the monthly price of yearly billing (49 € on Essential, 99 € on Professional and 199 € on Advanced a month, taxes not included) instead of the regular monthly price.
• It is applied automatically. If you registered with a different email, write to info@utilia.ai and we will apply it.
• One waitlist sign-up applies to one organization.
• It covers the plan price only. Add-ons, extra users and extra AI allowance are charged at their regular price, the same as with yearly billing.
• You keep it if you change plans (you pay the yearly-billing monthly price of the new plan) or switch billing interval.
• You lose it for good if your subscription ends: when a cancellation takes effect, or when the subscription is terminated after non-payment or suspension. If you undo a cancellation before it takes effect, you keep it.
• It cannot be transferred to another organization or exchanged for money.
