No. The app is for teams already working with UTILIA OS: you sign in with your company account and pick up where you left off. There is no sign-up and no purchases inside the app. If you do not use UTILIA OS yet, join the list below and we will get in touch.
Nothing. The download is free and there are no in-app purchases. The service is subscribed per company from the website, and the app unlocks nothing on its own.
Not yet. For now the native app exists only for iPhone. On Android, and on any computer, UTILIA OS runs in the browser with the same information and the same features.
An iPhone running iOS 14 or later. The download is around 172 MB. It is designed and optimised for iPhone.
Camera and photos, to attach documents and images to records and messages. Face ID, for session locking, and only if you switch it on. Notifications, to alert you about tasks, quotes, messages and meetings. Location, only when clocking in and only if your company policy requires proof of place: it is never collected in the background or for advertising.
Yes, with one important caveat: you see exactly what your permissions grant you, just as on the desktop. Your company permissions rule on both surfaces, and a module that is not in your plan does not appear on mobile either.
