By the clock

Your day, right by the clock.

When a meeting is a quarter of an hour away or less, the UTILIA OS icon tells you: on the Mac with the minutes left, on Windows with a mark. One click and your to-dos open on top of whatever you are doing.

  • Complete or push back a task.
  • Answer a message.
  • Jot down a new task for today.

Without opening the app

You stay on your work. UTILIA OS follows you.

Notifications carry their own buttons, shortcuts work with the app in the background, and calls never get lost behind another window.

Notifications you act on right there.

Reply to a message from the notification itself, mark a task as done and, when a client approves a quote, leave the draft invoice created with one button.

Each notification only carries the buttons your plan and permissions allow.

Shortcuts from any app.

Whatever app you are in, one key combination brings UTILIA OS to the front with search open. Another brings it up as it is, and another opens your panel. If one clashes with another app, turn it off in Settings.

Calls that stay on top.

When someone on your team calls, the call appears on top of any app and you answer from the keyboard. Move it to its floating window and it stays in sight, on top of everything, even when you switch apps.

Anything tied to a module, such as Chat, the CRM, Finance or meetings, appears if your plan includes it and your permissions allow it.

Always up to date

It updates itself.

It checks for a new version when it opens and every two hours. It lets you know, you download it with one click and it installs when you restart or close it.

Starts with you
If you turn it on in its settings, it opens by itself when you start your computer.
Downloads in sight
Progress shows on the Dock or taskbar icon, and the latest ones stay in the icon’s menu.

  2. 2Drag UTILIA OS to the Applications folder.
