These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website os.utilia.ai (hereinafter, "the Site") and the services offered by UTILIA, with Tax ID (NIF) F75452102, registered at C/ Teniente Coronel Castillo Olivares, n 26, piso 16, letra A-2, 35011 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain (hereinafter, "the Service").

By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Description of the Service

UTILIA OS is a comprehensive business management platform that integrates CRM tools, project management, invoicing, communication and more in a single connected environment.

The Site currently operates as a pre-launch page, allowing users to sign up for a waitlist to access the Service when it becomes available.

3. Registration and User Account

  • Access to certain features of the Service will require creating a user account.
  • You may register with your email address or through third-party authentication providers (such as Google). When using an external provider, you authorise UTILIA to access your basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Information provided during registration must be truthful and up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

UTILIA's total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

UTILIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be published on this page, updating the last modified date. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes that may arise, both parties submit to the competent courts of Spain.
