No. Each plan includes a number of users (3, 5 and 10) and an extra user costs 12, 15 and 19 euros a month depending on the plan. The price is per company.
The three plans include different modules. Essential brings CRM, finance, chat, meetings, calendar, files, projects and support. Professional adds client portal, marketing, time tracking and training. Advanced unlocks every advanced finance and CRM capability. Operations (purchasing and inventory) is bought as an add-on. Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage: assistant, transcriptions, reading receipts and delivery notes. If it runs out you can top it up. Never charged by surprise.
Yes. At opening, every new company gets 14 days free with no card.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate. Downgrading applies when the period you already paid ends. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade.
