Can I customize invoices with my brand?
Yes. You can set up templates with your logo, brand colors, typography, custom fields, invoice footer, and your own terms and conditions. Every document reflects your brand, not ours.
How do online payments with Stripe work?
When you send an invoice to the client portal, it includes a button to pay by card through Stripe. You can also send a public payment link so the client pays without signing up. The payment reconciles itself against the matching invoice.
What is the client portal?
Each client gets a private area with your logo and colors. There they can see all their invoices, quotes, and payments, download PDFs, and pay online. No more "can you resend the invoice?" emails.
How does the client pay their invoice?
The client receives the invoice in their portal and pays it by card right there. The payment reconciles immediately and, if they have a card on file, the recurring invoice is charged on its own.
Does it comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Every invoice goes out chained with its SHA-256 fingerprint, carries the verification QR code and is submitted to the Spanish Tax Agency. Once submitted it cannot be edited: it can only be corrected or voided with its own record.
Does invoicing connect with accounting?
Yes. Every issued invoice automatically generates its accounting entry following the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC). No Excel exports, no re-imports, no errors.
