When an employee clocks in, their hours are logged to the project they're working on. When a payroll is validated, the entry shows up in the accounting module. When a salesperson hits a target, the performance review reflects it automatically from the CRM. Employee data doesn't live locked inside an HR tool: it's the thread that connects projects, sales and finance. To meet mandatory digital time tracking you don't need a separate tool.

The key difference is integration with the rest of the business. In Factorial or Sesame, the generated payroll has to be exported to the accounting program. Hours logged against a project live in another tool. In UTILIA OS payroll automatically creates the accounting entry, and employee hours are reflected in both projects and invoicing. On top of that, CRM, invoicing and accounting run on the same platform.

Yes. The digital time tracking module records shift start and end, breaks and overtime in a traceable and immutable way. Records are auditable by the Spanish Labor Inspectorate. It is ready for the upcoming regulation that will require 100% digital time tracking.

Every employee has a configurable annual balance of vacation days and absences. Requests go through an approval flow (usually the direct manager) and show up in a shared team calendar. Days are automatically deducted from the balance when the request is approved.

You can launch configurable review cycles: 1-on-1, 360-degree (including peer and internal-client feedback) or goal-based. Forms are customizable and results are attached to the employee record for development plans and compensation decisions.

The payroll module calculates gross pay, withholdings and income tax, and generates monthly payslips. When payroll is validated, the matching accounting entry is posted automatically (personnel expense, employer Social Security, tax withholdings). No data re-entry in accounting.
